Orders typically take 1 - 3 days to be prepared for delivery. Once they are packed and ready for collection, a courier driver will collect and scan the shipping label. An automated email confirming the collection will be sent out to the email address entered during checkout. 

Standard delivery time within NZ is 1 - 2 business days but this may be impacted by Covid-19 restrictions. Standard delivery time to AUS is 5 - 7 business days via standard shipping or 2 - 5 business days for express. International shipping times vary by location.
